Bao Down is a Nashville Food Truck that offers traditional Chinese flavors combined with original Nashville flare to create some seriously delicious Hand Crafted Chinese Street Food.

Bao, from which the truck's name originates, is a steamed bun that was created in China more than 2000 years ago and has since made it's way through Southeast Asia and gained popularity across the world. Because Bao can be made with readily available ingredients, are easy to transport, and can lean either sweet or savory, they are today one of China's favorite culinary traditions, and the backbone of Bao Down food truck.

Believers in supporting local farms and farmers to promote community sustainability, Bao Down offers grass fed, all-natural meat and free range poultry provided by Walnut Hills Farm from Bethpage, TN.
